Unemployment Benefit Appeals

Our attorney knows the law in this area and is able to help you best present the evidence  at your hearing for the best possible outcomes. Our attorney has in the past reached agreements with the employer that allows our clients to receive their benefits.

We will have an initial intake interview with you and if we accept your case we will have a follow up interview with you to discuss the hearing strategy and important facts the hearing officer needs to hear related to how the law will be applied in your case.

You have too much to risk by participating in these hearings without proper legal representation.

You may still be able to collect your unemployment benefits if you quit your job.

  • Did you quit your job for health reasons? We can help you.
  • Did you quit your job for good cause that is attributable to your employer? Let us evaluate your case.
  • Are there witnesses you would like to be heard at your hearing?
